- 50 g Zelene Doline cottage cheese, seasoned with a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a tablespoonful and a half of Lojz Lojz chive oil
- fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables
Take one slice of buckwheat bread with walnuts and spread it with some cheese spread, prepared by mixing together Zelene Doline cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chive oil. Add the fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables and place the other slice of bread on top.
