Pasta salad with vegetables, white cheese and black olives
Feta cheese is a prominent character in the Greek salad story. This time, however, we have prepared a slightly different combination of white cheese and olives that is just as refreshing. It is easy to prepare and can be served as a wholesome meal on its own.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 250 g pasta
- 500 g lettuce
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Zelene Doline white cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
First cook the pasta and leave it to cool.
Clean, wash and drain the lettuce leaves, then tear them into pieces. Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut them into halves. Cut the Zelene Doline white cheese into one centimetre pieces. Drain the olives.
Add all the ingredients to the cooled pasta and mix.
Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by mixing lemon juice, mustard, salt, crushed garlic and oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix and serve on plates.
